ABOUT FGHA

Fairwood Greens Homeowners' Association was formed in the mid 1960’s,  Our community has prospered with the development of nearby shopping, schools, churches and a transportation network providing access to nearby metropolitan and recreational areas. We work on our neighborhood appearance and community pride by following the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), Rules & Regulations (R&Rs) and Policies.  We have a private security service that is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additional security is supplemented by contracting with King County Sheriff off-duty officers for patrols.  

Association meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Fairwood Golf & Country Club. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
